Warranty Administrator

       To ensure all warranty paperwork is properly documented and that all verifying criteria needed by the manufacturer and distributor are processed correctly. Should also keep abreast of technical bulletins and announcements. The job involves working alongside with the Accounting and Service Department to obtain payments for warranty work rendered by the Company's dealers and technical support engineer and technician on site. All customer and service records should be retained and organized into a comprehensive filing system to make sure that all payments sent and received are accounted for.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Compiles and maintains warranty reports and records.
  • Monthly compilation of warranty claims (paid & unpaid).
  • Processing of warranty in coordination from Imports and Service Department with repair orders, invoices, DR and other appropriate documentation.
  • Encoding of all service history of repairs including PMS, BRP and all other repairs performed on each unit
  • Secure cost incurred on warranty work performed by technicians with consistent and effective communication to Service Manager and officer from Foreign Principal.
  • Review shipment claims documentations, PDI reports re: Variances, wring items, lacking items such as tools, accessories, manuals etc.
  • Responsible in collecting all parts replaced under warranty, make sure that warranty tag is properly labeled and attached.
  • Responsible in determining warranty and shipment repair eligibility in accordance with policy and guidelines.
  • Conducts on site servicing to evaluate and restore a unit trouble that may arise when necessary.
  • Conduct unit demo (Heavy Equipment) to prospective client including how to operate the machine.
  • Preparation of accomplishment for progress report on all units repaired under warranty received from Foreign Principal thru the Dealer (ex. Cummins, Perkins, MHI) that are approved for payment from the Immediate Superior.
  • Preparation of monthly Warranty Statement Account on paid and unpaid approved warranty claims per Dealer.

​Qualification requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor/s College degree of any field
  • At least 2 years experience working in the related field is required for this position
  • With Accounting background
  • Able to evaluate and examine defects and failures of parts
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Has good communication skills
  • Must be a computer literate
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems
  • With experience in Heavy Equipment is an advantage
  • Willing to travel and flexible
  • Willing to be assigned in Novaliches Branch.

Warehouseman

         Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and delivery orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist delivery and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Update Inventory Record.
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Wear the proper safety equipment

Qualification requirements

  • Graduated of any four (4) year course with related to Warehousing and Inventory
  • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
  • Computer Literate

​Accounting Assistant

     Accounting Assistants, who often have at least an accounting certificate, process financial records such as bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and more. They may also perform many other administrative or clerical duties as part of their job.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Audit of Petty Cash Reimbursement.
  • Monitoring of Account Receivables.
  • Prepares Monthly / daily reporting of Sales & Collection and all accompanied documents issued.
  • Prepares Monthly Inventory IN & OUT report.
  • Prepares Monthly fixed/tools IN & OUT report.
  • Other related duties to be assign from time to time.

Qualification requirements

       We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Drive vehicles to designated destinations for customer product deliveries.
  • Drive safely and deliver products within deadlines.
  • Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to Superiors immediately.
  • Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
  • Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure.
  • Notify superiors about any major repairs and maintenances.
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
  • Maintain the vehicle clean and safe.
  • Collect payments from customer at the time of product delivery
  • Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
  • Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip
  • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
  • Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products.

Qualification requirements

  • Proven working experience as a delivery driver
  • Valid professional driver’s license
  • Ability to operate boom truck, L300 and fighter in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Willing to render overtime and report early if needed

Admin Clerk

     Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Provide information and clerical support to the HR / Admin Department and employees regarding human resource activities, processes and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Attends to all process of Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening) to identify qualified applicants for employment. Conducts preliminary interview to rank and file applicants.
  • Assist in monitoring Daily Time Records of employee and submittal of reports to Finance Department during cut-off.
  • Ensures completion of Pre-employment requirements of newly hired employees such as required documents, pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.
  • Assist in monitoring of movement of employees such as hiring, regularization, promotion, resignation, termination and reports Movement to Payroll Officer.
  • Prepares employment contracts, probationary and regular employees.
  • Prepares HR Memorandum, HR Circulars and any others.
  • Internal and external communications involving HR matters.
  • Prepares memorandum and issuance of Disciplinary Action.

Imports Officer

     Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process. They work with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and clients. Help with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Arrange shipments, prepare and approve orders, manage pricing information and release invoices.
  • Send documentation that coincides with shipments and importation and are responsible for maximizing space capacity and coordinating schedules with the warehouse.
  • Prepare and processes all import documents and broker invoices and manage all contain shipments in coordination with freight carriers and customers.
  • Monitoring delivery of all cargo and process all custom releases and monitor all receivables and ensure work within required time frame and assist supervisors to resolve all transaction issues.
  • Maintain status report for all shipments and maintain knowledge on all technical issues for brokers and collaborate with various departments for release of all goods from customs.
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all customs clearance process.
  • Collaborate with inventory planning team and freight forwarders and administer appropriate movement of all goods and supervise all freight flow and ensure clearance and delivery of all import goods.
  • Supervise all products and associate shipments and ensure arrival of all goods within required time  frame.
  • Coordinate the shipper/supplier for the Latest Date of shipments.
  • Responsible for reducing costs as well, and they negotiate freight rates.
  • Prepare Letter of Credit application form.
  • Maintain monthly report of Bank Dues.
  • Maintain monthly report of Purchases, Indent Sales, and Interest Expenses & Accounts payables.
  • Follow up all Banks Credit Lines.
  • Follow up all Banks Monthly Statement of Account.
  • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
